The Navien NPE-210A2 is a high-efficiency condensing tankless water heater designed to provide dependable, on-demand hot water for residential and commercial applications. With up to 180,000 BTU/h of heating input and flow rates of up to 10.1 GPM at a 35°F temperature rise, it offers strong hot-water performance without requiring a conventional storage tank.
With a 0.95 Uniform Energy Factor, the NPE-210A2 uses advanced condensing technology to recover additional heat from combustion exhaust. This helps reduce wasted energy and fuel consumption compared with less-efficient water-heating systems. The unit is ENERGY STAR® certified and supports both natural gas and propane installations.
The NPE-210A2 includes Navien’s ComfortFlow® recirculation system, which combines an integrated recirculation pump, buffer tank and intelligent controls. This system helps reduce hot-water delivery time and minimizes the cold-water sandwich effect commonly associated with conventional tankless water heaters.
Its compact, wall-mounted cabinet saves valuable floor space and supports indoor or outdoor installation when configured with the appropriate components. Actual hot-water performance depends on incoming-water temperature, selected outlet temperature, water pressure and total fixture demand.
